Market Rate Housing Program at ParkView Place
ParkView Place is a 40 unit apartment complex at 38185 and 38153 Erie Road in Willoughby. Six apartments are ADA accessible units. Twenty-five units will be available for applicants currently on our public housing waiting list. The other fifteen units will be available for lease to the general public at fair market rates.
