Lake Metropolitan Housing Authority (Lake MHA) is opening a limited waiting list for its Multifamily Housing Program (all located in Painesville, Ohio). The following properties are included:
- Jackson Towers
- Washington Square
- Woodlawn Homes
Application Period:
Start: September 15, 2025, at 8:00 AM EDT
End: October 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT
How to Apply:
Applications may be picked up at our office or mailed to you upon request.
Completed applications must be submitted either in person or by mail to the following address:

Submissions must be received during the application period.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Duplicate applications will not be accepted.

Visit www.lakehousing.org and follow these steps:
- Click on Multifamily Details
- Select Waiting List Info/Check Status
- Click Check Wait List Status
- Enter your Social Security Number to view your confidential position
